She/Her
Owner/Therapist
As a multiracial woman, in an interracial relationship, raising multiracial children, I’ve experienced firsthand the complexities and beauty of navigating multiple identities and cultures. This personal journey has deeply influenced my passion for working with multiracial individuals, couples, and families, helping them explore their unique identities and navigate the challenges that can arise in multiracial relationships. This lived experience in combination with my 13+ years working clinically, makes me uniquely positioned to support my clients.
I have spent my career working with adult individuals, couples and children ages 3-17 on issues such as:
My practice, while open to all who believe I could help support them in their personal growth, is focused primarily on
BIPOC and Multiracial Individuals, Couples and Families.
My style, in both therapy and in life, is collaborative, personable and non-judgmental.
I am also an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor, working with therapists in training at Pacific Lutheran University, Seattle University and Antioch University.
Personally, I am a football wife (Go Viks) and the proud mama of two incredible little humans.
