As a multiracial woman in an interracial marriage raising multiracial children, I understand firsthand both the beauty and complexity of navigating multiple identities, cultures, and communities. My personal experiences have shaped my passion for supporting multiracial individuals, interracial couples, and multiracial families as they explore identity, strengthen relationships, and navigate the unique challenges that can arise at the intersection of race, culture, and family.

For more than 13 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting challenges, perfectionism, racial identity development, and trauma. My approach combines clinical expertise with a deep appreciation for the ways our identities, relationships, and lived experiences influence how we move through the world.

In addition to my private practice, I am committed to advancing the field of marriage and family therapy through leadership, teaching, and supervision. I serve as the Director of the Couple and Family Therapy Center and as an Associate Professor in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Pacific Lutheran University. As an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor, I train and mentor the next generation of therapists through Pacific Lutheran University, Seattle University, and Antioch University.

Whether in therapy, supervision, or the classroom, my style is collaborative, authentic, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and supported as they move toward meaningful change.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me cheering on my husband from the sidelines of a football game, spending time with family and friends, or making memories with my two incredible children.
